Okay, I cooked pasta and lemon rind in a very large saucepan of salted water till pasta was just ready(7mins golden rule). Drined it well.
Then I heated olive oil in a large frying pan, adding onion, garlic and chilli after 3 mins. Let them be set for anothre 2 mins. I added peas, dry white wine and just a little bit water. Waited till the pea just became tender. Added pasta with lemon juice. Gave them a good mix. Tossed through herbs and served with Parmigiano-Reggiano and of course, lemon wedge.
