Saturday Dinner at Nelson Bay: Szechuan Chicken

As Richard requested, I made this spicy Chinese dish especially.
I marinated sliced chicken in finely chopped garlic, chilli, soy sauce and olive oil for half of the day.
When the dinner time was closed, I heated the oil and fried the marinated chicken. Sprayed finely chopped coriander on the top when it was served.
