As requested, the pepperoni salad came back.
Nothing fancy or complicated, grabbed a bag of Italian salad leaf from Coles and pepperoni. Chopped the pepperoni. Mixed it with salad. Added a little bit extra virgin olive oil and a good pinch of salt and pepper.
