Coconut? Egg?

I had this recipe in my head for a while. As a big fan of both coconut and egg, I have been endevouring to come up with a recipe to put my favorite two things together. Green curry, as the best mild spice, gave this dish just the right favour. I couldn't find Thai herb. So instead, I used spring onion and quite a lot coriandor. Again, was a quite simple dish. Not a lot of ingredents (butter, onion, boiled eggs, coconut cream, thickened cream, spring onion, coriander, just a little bit lemon juice, chill flake and of course, green curry paste!) Tasted unbelievably YUMMMM! ทาน ให้ อร่อย นะ! ( Bon Appétit in Thai if my resource was right. :P )
